09.27.08 was a perfect day in Seattle for a wedding! Surrounded by family and friends from as far away as Lima, Peru, Sarah and Kevin were married at the intimate Villa Academy Chapel. They were, to no surprise, a gorgeous couple to photograph. The reception was held at the Stimson-Green Mansion. Piano jazz entertainment came by way of the exceptional Cara Hill.

Together with family and friends, Al and Laurene celebrated their wedding on 06.07.08 at Cedarbrook. This venue is so amazing, one of its distinguishing features is that its nestled on 18 acres of natural wetlands.  A nature path winds around the perimeter of the property, so it is has amazing backdrops for photography.  Here’s just a few images we captured that day.
Michael and Ali, along with Ali’s mom Donna, did a phenomenal job planning their wedding in only a couple of months. Their wedding had to be moved up several months due to Ali taking a job in London with Sotheby’s. Michael and Ali’s 12.15.07 wedding ceremony took place at the Blessed Sacrament and the reception was at The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland. The theme for their wedding was “Fire and Ice”. The reception consisted of amazing ice centerpieces lighted from within and a cool ice beer dispenser. Having grown up on a vineyard, Ali’s father drove down to Napa Valley and brought back cases of fine wine along with Octoberfest beer that was flown to California from Germany. The signature drink was a “Furious Titti”, a great story behind that drink. The cake from Mike’s Amazing Cakes was awesome! The cake topper was of a bride singing and a groom playing the bass. Ali is an amazing singer and Michael a musician. Both Ali and Michael’s family were so wonderful to work with, such great, awesome people! You may remember Patrick and Rachel’s engagement shoot that we shot back in April in West Seattle. Patrick and Rachel were engaged at Teatro ZinnZani. During the main course one of the characters went over to their table and started to do a magic trick. He floated a ring out of a box and over to Patrick who took it out of the air, got down on one knee and proposed! We can’t believe their wedding has already come and gone. We knew their 11.03.07 wedding was going to be amazing and that it was! The ceremony was held at Blessed Sacrament and the reception at The Ruins in Seattle with Chris Graves singing a swingin Michael Bublè.
