Michael and Ali, along with Ali’s mom Donna, did a phenomenal job planning their wedding in only a couple of months. Their wedding had to be moved up several months due to Ali taking a job in London with Sotheby’s. Michael and Ali’s 12.15.07 wedding ceremony took place at the Blessed Sacrament and the reception was at The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland. The theme for their wedding was “Fire and Ice”. The reception consisted of amazing ice centerpieces lighted from within and a cool ice beer dispenser. Having grown up on a vineyard, Ali’s father drove down to Napa Valley and brought back cases of fine wine along with Octoberfest beer that was flown to California from Germany. The signature drink was a “Furious Titti”, a great story behind that drink. The cake from Mike’s Amazing Cakes was awesome! The cake topper was of a bride singing and a groom playing the bass. Ali is an amazing singer and Michael a musician. Both Ali and Michael’s family were so wonderful to work with, such great, awesome people! Thanks to Kristin Pittman of Focus Events for keeping the day running smoothly and Dan and Christian of Emerald City Productions who kept the party grooving. Don’t miss their slide show below.

Michael.Ali Engagement Session
david.jessie.e-session
I love shooting at Olympic Sculpture Park and so do people in love, it seems. So when I shot David and Jessie’s e-session there it needed to be different, so we shot as the light was getting low and with a little shutter and flash tweaking I dialed the “look” in. We really got some fabulous shots and then we were off to Pike Place Market for some night shots. What a great energetic couple to work with. Thanks Jessie & David! Check out their slide show below. :)……………………………………………………Brian
stephanie’s holiday dance party!!!!
elegant, fun, cool…..Seattle had it’s first blast of snow this past Saturday, what a great way to start off the holiday season! Stephanie Cristalli and Jeff Beck put together a holiday dance party at their home. Their home and garage turned dance hall was elegantly designed and decorated by Athena of Athena Flora who provided the flowers and materials for the decor. We had a fun time and got in a few shots with our point and shoot.
here’s a fun shot of stephanie, jen and i.

later i got this great shot of laurel mcconnell’s forearm.
