A L L I E ……..

Wow, recently we shot Allie, the current Miss Washington Teen and a aspiring model, deserving of every good thing that comes her way! We pulled out all the stops for this amazing girl with one great look after another, some at the backyard studio of Photo Elan (brian & jennifer hartman). Not only that, but the amazing Brandee whiped up some incredible makeup / hair and wardrobe. We’ll be seeing more of her in the future. P.S. - for all you brides reading this, hire Brandee for your hair and makeup - she’s worth-her-weight-in-gold! …. and here’s her email and phone: absolute_brandee@msn.com, 206-941-0853. Good luck Allie at Miss Teen America in July!

Cabin - We are Relaxin now….

We’ve been at a cabin in the Cascades now for three days. Its called Whisperin Waters, ahhhhh so relaxing. Coley has been having such a great time, every time we travel or go to a new place besides our home he just loves it and has such a great time. Yesterday we we’re on a mountain hike on a trail called Barclay Lake trail and we had a bear encounter, the first for me and wow what a rush! The second we heard that grunt our andrenelaine peaked and our senses sharpened. It reallly was amazing. I immediately picked up Coley and began walking back down the trail constantly turning to see if he would follow us. We we’re walking, Cole was in the lead, then Jen, then me and Jen was video taping and I was talking still photos. Jen had the camera on Cole so I was excited to get back and hear the audio to see if the bears grunt was there and it was, we captured it on tape. Right now I’m running out of battery on my MacBookPro and I forgot the power cord at home (subconciously intentional) so I won’t be able to capture the tape to put it on the blog just yet. We practically jogged all the way back down the trail to the trail head where our car was waiting, Coley said, “We’re safe now” it was sooo amazing to here him say that. Anyway, we’re safe and sound and getting ready to head back to Seattle.

Bye for now from Whispering Waters
