We’re going to be shooting a wedding in Kona next week on the Island of Hawaii also known as the Big Island. The last time we were there we checked out Volcano National Park and it was incredible. We tried driving to the summit of Mauna Loa, which is like 10,000 feet above sea level, in a rental car and had to turn back because the road became too steep. If you ever have a chance to visit the island, Volcano National Park is the place to go. We stayed in a B&B in the rain forest near the park, its amazing how dramatic Hawaii’s climate is.
